Description:
This assessment will involve the development of habitat relationship models of bird and invert distributions in south SFB, as well as a report and manuscript integrating findings from these products. We will use ArcGIS to map expected macroinvertebrate densities in response to changing physical conditions and to compare the current and projected extent of shoal habitats through the next half of a century with our knowledge of foraging ecology of migratory birds to estimate likely functional and numerical responses to alteration of their foraging resources.
