Climatic Research Unit

The Climatic Research Unit (CRU) is a component of the University of East Anglia and is one of the leading institutions concerned with the study of natural and anthropogenic climate change. The aim CRU is to improve scientific understanding in past climate history and its impact on humanity, the course and causes of climate change during the present century, and prospects for the future. CRU provides a wide variety of historical, current, and future projections climate data, all made available under the Open Database License.
