Submission Deadline: May 3, 2016

To provide attendees the opportunity to learn more about the effects of climate change and ocean acidification on local coast and ocean ecosystems, additional climate-smart projects in the greater GFNMS region, and youth coastal climate education activities, a poster reception and coastal climate education cafˇ will be offered.

Posters

The poster reception will be held immediately following the summit. Posters should be 36Óx 48Ó on heavy paper and ready to be taped to a wall. Presenters will be asked to hang their poster before the summit begins and staff their poster during the reception.

Coastal Climate Education Cafˇ

In order to provide a forum for sharing innovative ideas in engaging our youth on climate change, a small outreach area with tables featuring youth education activities focused on coastal climate change and ocean acidification will be set up throughout the summit and reception. Presenters will be asked to set up their tables before the summit begins and staff their tables during lunch and the reception.
